Next Generation Technology

Well I'm working on a site that will have a consolidated database of the current/best ideas for lightsabers and stuff. It will have an email list so you don't have to keep checking the site (and possibly rss if I can figure it out, lol), links to interesting sites, a forum (possibly), and the theories of course, plus whatever else sounds interesting. here's some screenshots of what I have so far:

Here's the sections I have so far:
lightsaber
-plasma, particle beam, electrosaber

blaster
-particle beam, electrolaser, plasma

vehicles
-hovercraft, flying vehicle (not plane lol)

The scheduled release date for the site is May 25, which happens to be exactly 30 years after the very first star wars came out. (actually that was on purpose.) I might release it sooner if I get it done really soon, but I'd like to add some more stuff to it first.

I'll post updates and answer any questions here. Let me know if anyone has suggestions or theories/sections they want me to put on there.

I would think there should be an "other" section under each main one (Vehicle, Blaster, and Lightsaber) since the Qi saber doesn't really fall under any of those, yet it could still be seen as a next generation technology since currently mainstream science considers all this less than a pseudoscience.

I'd also have a random topic on 'mental skills' just for the heck of it, but then, that's me and I'm downright fascinated with the stuff ^_^;;

hmm, well thanks for the input. actually I don't know a whole lot about the Qi saber or "mental skills" in general, but it sounds interesting. I'll definitely look into it, thanks. ;D

In that case, reference points for research may be: Orgone, Orgonite, Qi/Ki/Chi/Psi (psipog.net or http://www.wingmakers.co.nz/Contents.html) Telekinesis, etc

There are devices made with various crystals (Orgonite could be viewed as one, also: Zapper, Power Wand, Succor Punch, and of course - the chi Saber)

I'm actually considering a name change. I googled "next generation technology" and got 127,000,000 hits, including some businesses. I don't know if they would be happy about my using that name but I can't think of any other ones. it's not like it would take traffic away from them though, it's a completely different kind of site (I'm not trying to sell anything)...I dunno, we'll see.

I never put up any psi articles so if anyone wants to write any I'd consider putting them up.
